Order and delivery terms

These terms and conditions contain the terms and conditions for ordering, delivery and cancellation of products ordered through the Vaicute.fi online shopping service (Seller). In addition to these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply to the sale of products.

By ordering products from the online store, the Customer accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions in force at any time can be read on the Vaicute.fi website.

The Vaicute.fi online shopping service sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Companies that wish to order products from the Vaicute.fi online store are asked to contact customer service and agree on the details of the order.

Vaicute products sold by the Vaicute.fi online shopping service are developed and manufactured in Kainuu. The main raw materials of the products are of natural origin.

Ordering from the online store

Products are ordered from the online store by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of any ambiguities that may arise, unless otherwise stated. The Customer ordering from the online store is required to have read and agreed to the order and delivery terms and conditions in force at any time.

Payment and payment methods

Paytrail is the payment service, which transfers the Customer's payment to the online store. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the Customer's bank statement.

By clicking "Buy", the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of the Vaicute.fi online shopping service. By providing information at checkout, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of Collector Bank.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Order and payment confirmation

After the Customer has made the order payment, the Paytrail payment service sends the Customer a payment confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

The customer can choose the delivery method that best suits them from the delivery methods available in the online store, in which case the exact delivery cost is presented. Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs.

Delivery time

The Seller strives to deliver the products as quickly as possible, the products are shipped within 1–3 business days of the order. Minor delays may occur if there are many orders in the queue. The Customer will be notified of any possible delays or changes.

The Vaicute.fi online shopping service is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Any abnormal delivery times will be notified by the Seller. on the website.

Right of cancellation and return

The customer has the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins to run from the date the ordered shipment is received.

The customer must keep the product they have received essentially unchanged and undiminished, otherwise they will lose their right to return. The product to be returned must be in saleable condition and the original sales packaging must be clean and complete. An opened product cannot be returned. The cardboard transport packaging can be opened.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw in an unambiguous manner (for example, by email or text message: info@vaicute.fi; 044 268 1120). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to communicate their withdrawal notice before the expiration of the withdrawal deadline.

The product must be returned to the Seller without delay and no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original sales packaging and packaged carefully so that it is not damaged or broken. The customer is responsible for the return costs, such as packaging and shipping costs.

The price of the properly returned product will be refunded to the Customer no later than 14 days after the Customer has made the cancellation notice and the product has been returned to the Seller and the Seller has checked the product. If the Customer returns only part of the order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. The money will be refunded to the same payment method that the Customer used when placing the order.

Unclaimed package

Unclaimed packages are not the same as returned or cancelled. Shipping costs will be charged for packages that are not claimed and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to the order, the Customer must notify the online store service of the error in writing by email within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, the Customer must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of the chosen delivery method.

Unless otherwise provided by the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the online shopping service is not liable for any indirect damage caused to the Customer, and the online shopping service's liability for direct damage caused to the Customer due to a breach of contract is limited to an amount corresponding to the total price of the products in the transaction.

Processing of personal data

Personal data provided by the customer electronically or otherwise will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and national legislation. The use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy , which can be viewed on the Vaicute.fi online shopping service website.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These order and delivery terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Disputes arising from and related to these terms and conditions of order and delivery shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between the Seller and the Customer. If the negotiations do not lead to an amicable outcome, the dispute shall be resolved in the general court of the Customer's place of residence. However, the Customer always has the right to refer disputes arising from these terms and conditions to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ).
